Annexed to and made a part of contract dated _______________________ , 20___
Between:  James Lott/Lion Productions or Rochelle Barasch/Here's Lookin ' at You Ent ! (hereinafter "Agent")
And:         _________________________________________________________________________ (hereinafter "Purchaser")

This rider will become part and parcel of the contract and must be signed by the purchaser or contract will become NULL AND VOID. 

1. 

No advertising of the performance may be issued in any form prior to receipt of signed contract from Agent. Please use festival billing or co-headline billing. 

2.

Balance of all payments is due to the Artists OR Artist's Rep PRIOR to performance, IN CASH or cashier's check unless otherwise discussed with artist or representative of the artist..

3. 

All interviews or meet and greets must be cleared through Lion Productions/Here's Lookin At you Ent.. Please provide copies of any publicity, photos, reviews, etc. Only photos supplied by Lion Productions/Rising Lion Music LLC may be used for promoting the show. 

4. 

Artist obligations are subject to detention or prevention by act of God, sickness, accident, means of transportation, natural catastrophes, riots, strikes, any act of public authority, or any other cause beyond the Artist's control. Artist shall be paid in full for any date for which they show up regardless of ticket sales, weather conditions, riots, tax liens, or other acts of God.   

5. 

Experienced venue stage manager/sound man, with monitor and house sound, light technician to be available during sound check and performance at Purchasers expense. Sound Check is mandatory and will last approximately 1 hour or until satisfactory sound is achieved in stage monitors and mains. Sound company should be ready at least 2 hours prior to the opening of doors. 

6. 

Artist's crew must have control over the set up of the stage and the placement of sound/equipment during the performance. PA system must have 24 channels with separate monitor mix, see attached technical rider.

7. 

Purchaser to provide a lighting system capable of even coverage of the stage. Two follow spots and an experienced operator for both. 

8. 

Purchaser to provide 3 non-smoking hotel rooms, prepaid, in 1st class hotel such as Hilton, Marriott, Days Inn (one that has restaurant near, and gym) with the option for an early check-in.

9. 

Artists to have a secure, clean, well lit heated/air-conditioned dressing room, for Artists use only, with access to a restroom and 5 laundered towels, 

10. 

Purchaser to provide a hot meal for 6 consisting of fish/chicken, pasta, vegetable, with an ample supply of coffee/tea to be provided at a mutually agreed upon time or agreed upon cash equivalent. a deli platter and assorted cheese crackers, fruit and vegetables, snacks,juice, tea, honey, amply supply of bottled spring water, one case of assorted beer to be agreed upon at time of engagement, diet and regular Cokes/Sprite are to be placed in artist dressing room. 

11 Artist to have 6 complimentary tickets to be released for sale if not used day of show.
12. 

Purchaser shall not have the right to broadcast, televise or otherwise reproduce the performance or any part thereof., unless mutually agreed upon prior to the performance.

13. 

Artist has the right to cancel any date up to 45 days prior to engagement if they are booked on a national television show, major casino or convention day or international tour date.

14. 

Artist has the sole exclusive rights, but not the obligation, to sell merchandise and retain 100% of the receipts unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Artist or Artists manager. The sole exception is to any financial arrangements made with venue for the handling and/or sale of this merchandise. The Purchaser is enjoined from selling any merchandise bearing the likeness of the Artist or any member individually unless agreed upon. one banquet sized table, 2 chairs, security in a good location with good lighting to be provided by venue. 

15. 

All dates must be advanced with James Lott/Lion Productions or Rochelle Barasch/Here's Lookin AT You Ent. and deposit recieved approximately 2 weeks before performance unless otherwise discussed .

Guitar Amp: Roland Jazz Chorus 120 2x12 speaker

or Fender Twin 2x12 speaker

Bass Amp: Ampeg SVT or Hartke

1-4x10 inch cabinet and 1-15 or 18 inch cabinet

Drums: 5 piece Tama or Yamaha kit

MONITORS:
Please provide:
  - 4 high quailty Direct boxes
  - 4 separate mixes please
  - 6 monitor wedges

- 2 side fills
  - Drum fill to include sub or a min 15" speaker in the wedge
  - 2 wedges on center vox position
  - 1 reverb unit available for use in monitor mix
- All vocal mics should be Sure SM 58 or better, Sure Beta SM 58 for lead vox


Drummer vox needs heavy boom type stand with wide base

All additional vox mic stands to be boom type.

Front Of House:
If possible please provide the following FOH aux equipment:
  - 6 channels of noise gate
  - 8 channels of compression
  - 2 stereo reverb units
  - 1 stereo digital delay
  - 4 available inserts/sends/returns to fader for effects
  - 4 inserts for recording

Ground Transportation requirements for travel outside of the U S:

Purchaser shall provide and pay for, at no cost to Rising Lion transportation from airport to hotel upon arrival,
between hotel and place of engagement for load-in as well as prior to and upon completion of Sound Check and
engagement, and hotel to airport upon completion of engagement hereunder, plus any other transportation
requirements, i.e.: Promotional activities (e.g.: to a local Radio Station) necessitated by agreement between Rising Lion and Promoter.
Transportation company information with contact and all numbers must be given to tour manager 21 days prior to
performance. All changes of company and needs must be mutually agreed upon.

SAID TRANSPORTATION SHALL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:

1 Late model car if artist is traveling without band

If with band and crew 1 LATE MODEl FIFTEEN (15)PASSENGER VAN FOR Rising Lion BAND AND CREW. (May make multiple trips.)

TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE MUSICAL EQUIPMENT, IF AIR FREIGHTED TO PERFORMANCE, FROM AIRPORT TO SITE OF ENGAGEMENT.
ALL CLEARANCE AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE PRODUCER'S RESPONSIBILITY
