Rising Lion and his band are playing some club, college and private dates, as well as some select Acoustic Shows while he is finishing his upcoming new release “American Dread”. One of the next dates will be at Captain Hiram's in Sebastian , Fla. on Nov. 18 th , 2007 ,and an Acoustic show at, The Globe in Orlando , Fla. on Nov. 29, 2007 . More dates will be added so keep checking back for more info .

The Lion, and his band will be heading out on the road in Feb. across the US to support the new release; American Dread. The tour will start in the southeast and work its way around the country. The R L train will be traveling with a DJ, and new additions to the merchandise line.

With an unbelievable mix of roots and dancehall reggae, R&B, Rock, Blues and Hip-Hop in his sound, Rising Lion has developed a reputation for bringing good vibes to every show he plays with his conscious lyrics and soul stirring music. Rising Lion has been in the studio recording tracks for a third full – length release due out early 2008. The album will be entitled “ American Dread ”. The 6 song EP is done now and will soon be available in stores and online. With songs like, “ American Dread ”, “ Herbalist” ,“ Survival ”, “ Push on Natty Dread ”, “ Letting You Back In” , “ Could You Be ” , “ Tomorrow ” ,” I See The Light ” and “ My Life ”, this album will be a testament to the experiences and growth of the artist over the past 3 years. As always the Lion is committed to diversity in his music and Jah message of Love, Peace, Hope , and Equal Rights For All Man Kind thus, this album will serve up reggae in various musical styles, accompanied by the Lion's fiery blues guitar in the vein of New Day (1998 Ruff Stuff Records) and Don't Lose Yourself (2001 RPH Productions).
