THIS CONTRACT for the services of the music and/or entertainment described below made this between the undersigned Purchaser of music and/or entertainment (hereinafter called the “Purchaser”) and the undersigned Artist(s) (plus and accompanying musicians and/or entertainers) as described below, and independent contractor(s), (hereinafter called the “Artist(s)”).

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that in executing this Agreement, Lion Productions Entertainment is acting solely as the agent of the Artist, that Lion Productions Entertainment is not a party to this agreement, and Lion Productions Entertainment shall have no liability to Purchaser in the event of any breach of this agreement.

This contract shall not be binding unless signed by all parties hereto. Should any rider, addendum and/or expense sheet be annexed to this agreement it/they shall also constitute a part of this agreement, and shall be signed by all parties to this contract.
